Paper Machine 7 and 8, Blade Coater Shift Supervisor

This role will support day to day safety, hourly workforce leadership, and operations of the Paper Machine 7&8 and Blade Coater Departments. The individual in this role will work within the operations team to continuously improve health and safety performance, environmental compliance, production, quality metrics, and operating cost. These activities will require leading people, processes and equipment. The scope of the PM7&8 and BCTR Shift Supervisor will include the Paper Machine No.7, Paper Machine No.8, Blade Coater, Blade Coating Prep, Super Calendars, and BCTR Winders. Additional responsibilities on the off shifts include the No.7 Capper, Core Cutting, Rewinders, New Mill loading docks.
