Paper 1 & 2, and Additives and Stock Prep Shift Supervisor

This role will support day to day safety, hourly workforce leadership, and operations of the Paper Machine 1&2 and Additives & Stock Prep Departments. The individual in this role will work within the operations team to continuously improve health and safety performance, environmental compliance, production, quality metrics, and operating cost. These activities will require leading people, processes and equipment.

The scope of the PM1&2 / A&SP Supervisor will include the Paper Machine No.1, Paper Machine No.2, all Additive & Stock Prep areas (PCC Plant, Quatropulpers, Starch Making, Black Shed, Bldg 42). Additional responsibilities on the of shifts include the No.1 Capper, Sheeter, Core Cutting and Old Mill loading docks.
