Senior Staff Software Engineer, On-prem

This is a highly technical architecture leadership role focused on designing and evolving large-scale, self-hosted security systems deployed in customer-controlled environments. You will own the end-to-end architecture of a mission-critical on-prem platform that delivers endpoint protection capabilities across enterprise, government, and regulated infrastructures. The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, high availability, and resilient infrastructure design under constraints such as air-gapped networks and heterogeneous hardware environments. You will translate cloud-native and SaaS capabilities into robust on-prem solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and operational reliability. Acting as a technical authority across multiple engineering teams, you will define architectural standards, review complex designs, and influence long-term engineering direction. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your decisions directly shape how advanced security technologies operate in some of the most demanding environments.
