Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automation Lead to join our dynamic HR team at our global HR function. In this role, you will be responsible for simplifying and automating existing HR processes. You will work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our HR technology solutions align with business objectives and enhance employee experience. This role requires a unique blend of technical experience, project&program planning and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of automation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and conduct regular project reviews. 
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement high-quality technology solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience. 
  • Understand HR IT architecture and its impact on automation solutions. 
  • Define the roadmap for automation products. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs. 
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes through automation. 
  • ·Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices for HR. 
  • Ensure technical documentation is created and support knowledge transfer for operational handover. 

Required Experience:

  • Experience in automation with a proven track record.
  • Experience working with Power Platforms (Power Automate, PowerQuery, etc), Python and/or other automation technology.
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile methodology.
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain the business value of automation products.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and IT technology adoption.
  • High proactivity, customer focus, and independence.
  • Proficient in English (C1-C2).
  • Knowledge of HR legal requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EEOC) is an advantage.
