Base Salary $112,628 - $122,702 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
Join a dynamic team supporting the Postgraduate Online student cohort, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and operational support. This role sits within a student-focused environment, contributing to student success, retention, and the effective delivery of online assessments. You will help optimise administrative processes while acting as a key contact for student and stakeholder engagement.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
work closely with academic staff, student administration services, and online students
manage the delivery of day-to-day administrative services, ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes
respond to complex enquiries and provide accurate advice in line with University policies and procedures
support the planning, coordination, and delivery of postgraduate online assessments and examinations
monitor student progression and implement strategies to support retention and success outcomes
develop and improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
About you
experience in providing high-level administrative support in a complex organisation
experience supporting students or clients, including managing enquiries and service delivery
demonstrated experience working with systems such as learning management systems (e.g. Canvas) and student data platforms
ability to analyse data and apply insights to improve student outcomes or operational performance
tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
proven ability to resolve complex administrative matters and contribute to continuous process improvement.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
