In this position you will be given the opportunity to perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems for the Johnson County community and residing communities nearby.
- Service, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Evaluate the present conditions of equipment from all age ranges and manufacturers.
- Educate and present homeowners with HVAC system repair and replacement options
- Present financing options.
- Navigate Service Titan, presenting invoices and estimates via an iPad.
- Learn the One Hour sales system and ethical practices
- Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
- Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Practice safe and respectful habits while in the client’s home
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and outside.
- High school diploma and or GED.
- Preference (not required) have 3-5 years prior of successful experience as a technician in the HVAC industry.
- EPA Core and Type II certification required.
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
- Clean driving record.
