LEAD MST-PSYCHIATRIC THERAPSIT (Multisystemic Therapy)

The Juvenile Justice Initiative Psychiatric Program at SCO Family of Services serves youth ages 9–17 in the Bronx and Manhattan. Our MST-Psych team provides in-home mental health treatment and family therapy to reduce hospitalizations, prevent court involvement, and strengthen families. The Lead MST-Psych Therapist offers counseling 2–3 times weekly, with most work in the field plus administrative and supervisory duties. Requires 1–2+ years of MST or similar evidence-based treatment experience. Acts as backup to the clinical supervisor, reviewing cases, mentoring therapists, leading supervision, and training new staff.
