CHILD CARE SUPERVISOR

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Child Care Coordinator is responsible for the safety, well-being, and developmental progress of children in care, while managing the daily operations of the childcare program. This leadership role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and therapeutic guidelines, and fostering a nurturing, structured environment that supports emotional social, and cognitive growth for children and families

REPORTS TO: Program Supervisor and/or Program Director

SUPERVISES: Child Care Workers, Child Development Workers, Interns, and Volunteers
