AI Enablement Lead
Job Description
Description
We seek a business-savvy AI Enablement Lead to drive internal AI adoption across Init.
Are you passionate about helping people work smarter with AI? Do you understand how to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions - without getting lost in technical complexity? We're looking for someone who can engage with colleagues across marketing, sales, IT, and engineering, understand their needs, and guide them toward AI-powered improvements.
This isn't a deeply technical role. It's about people, communication, and driving change. You'll be the face of AI enablement at Init - building relationships, running training sessions, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver real business value.
You'll work closely with our Senior AI Solutions Engineer and AI Developer to bring ideas to life, but your focus is on the "why" and "what," not the "how."
Key Responsibilities
· Business Engagement: Build relationships with teams across Init (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany) to identify AI opportunities and understand their pain points.
· Road mapping: Develop and maintain a simple, prioritized AI enablement roadmap based on business impact.
· POC Leadership: Lead small-scale POCs from idea to validation—defining scope, success criteria, and business case.
· Training & Enablement: Design and deliver engaging online training sessions and workshops to upskill colleagues on AI tools and best practices. Make AI accessible and exciting—not boring!
· Adoption & Change Management: Drive internal adoption by communicating value, addressing resistance, and celebrating wins.
· Governance (Light Touch): Establish simple, pragmatic guidelines for responsible AI use—no enterprise bureaucracy, just sensible guardrails.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered efficiently.
· Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update leadership on progress, learnings, and impact.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, consulting, or digital transformation roles.
· Proven experience working with Nordic or Western European clients/stakeholders—you understand the culture and communication style.
· Demonstrated ability to run engaging training sessions, workshops, or presentations (please share examples!).
· Strong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities at a conceptual level—you can explain what's possible without needing to build it yourself.
· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
· Experience driving adoption of new tools or processes—you know how to influence without authority.
· Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple countries.
· Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
This Role is NOT For You If...
· You want to spend most of your time coding or building technical solutions.
· You prefer detailed specifications over discovery conversations.
· You find training or presenting draining rather than energizing.
Nice to Have
· Experience in OT/IT, industrial automation, or consulting environments.
· Background in change management methodologies.
· Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
· Experience visiting or working in Scandinavia.
