Job Description
About this Position: Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) and supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team. Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations. What you´ll do: Support the Finance team in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and special projects, gaining hands-on experience in real-world business operations Assist in preparing financial reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership review Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational processes, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s internal policies and global compliance standards Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, helping identify areas for efficiency and improvement Take ownership of assigned tasks, with guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
