Lead Structural Engineer

"• Managing a group of structural draughtsman and engineers. This will be a split role encompassing HR responsibilities and project management
• Leading Structural Design teams for several concurrent projects.
• Lead the department in developing and maintaining standards. 
• Leading a team of engineers and draughtsman to carry out structural analysis and design of buildings as per design codes. 
• Modeling and analysis of building structures using the latest design software. 
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients in terms of design and engineering. 
• Assist in training and development of junior members of the design team. 
• Check CAD drawings in 2D and 3D. 
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support. 
• Control project budget. 
• Office procedures 
• Increase proficiency and general discipline. 
• Staff appraisals and coaching.
• In addition to the above as per company instructions/directions.
• To follow company rules, regulations, instructions and guidelines, for Quality, Safety, Driving Safety and other site/client/field QHSE requirements as applicable. "
