Job Description

"• Handling all account& Transactions
• Ensure Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with accounts payable and accounts receivable section
• Ensure proper control over inventory transaction through the supervision of cycle counts and yearly physical count.
• Review and authorize all inventory adjustment within financial limitation matrix.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Review the monthly payroll.
• Ensure the allocation to cost center.
• Audit all payments.
• Maintain checks and voucher registers. 
• Maintain the filing system to substantiate accounting records.
• Prepare, distribute, control and protect all checks and other funds.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Supervise all accounting transactions directly.
• Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations."
