"• Prepare Weekly report for incoming shipments. 
• Following with our clearance agency to clear our shipments.
• Ensure all required documents are available on time to clear each shipment without demurrage in port. 
• Coordinate between clearing agent and warehouse to receive & offload the shipments on time for smooth clearance. 
• Following for our clearance agency to get all invoices related to the shipments. 
• Informing WH about expecting shipping to be received in our WH. 
• Any other task 
• Documentation work
• Coordination between various departments"
