Job Description
"• Preventive Maintenance performance as per given scheduled.
• Corrective Maintenance works effectiveness with short downtime.
• Performing preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Performing predictive/preventive maintenance, cleaning and replacing defective mechanical parts.
• Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment
• Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory
• Perform additional job duties as requested"
