Chief of Staff

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief of Staff based in Canada.

This is a high-impact executive role operating at the core of the leadership team within a fast-scaling, globally distributed organization building critical infrastructure for the payments ecosystem. You will act as a force multiplier for the executive team, translating strategy into execution, ensuring alignment across functions, and driving accountability across high-priority initiatives. The role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution, handling sensitive cross-functional work while maintaining clarity and structure in ambiguous situations. You will work closely with senior leaders including the CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO, helping to operationalize decisions and ensure follow-through across the organization. In parallel, you will own key elements of the company’s operating rhythm, ensuring leadership visibility into performance, priorities, and risks. This is a highly trusted position where your work directly influences company focus, execution speed, and organizational effectiveness.
