As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

This role offers a high-intensity "Masterclass" in how modern retail works. Advanced Excel for Business: You will move beyond basic formulas to handling large datasets, cleaning "dirty" data, and building automated trackers. E-commerce Mechanics: You’ll learn the "science" of promotions—how to balance discount depths, voucher burn rates, and traffic conversion to hit GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) targets. Data-Driven Decision Making: You’ll learn how to interpret ROI, Conversion Rates, and CTR to figure out why one campaign succeeded while another failed.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of campaign initiatives (e.g., Double Date campaigns, Payday campaigns)
  • Assist in pulling and consolidating data required for campaign tracking and analysis
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities
  • Support campaign page operations, voucher / promotion setup and real-time tracking
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders (e.g. AM and Category teams) on required registrations and submissions to ensure seller participation
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues during campaign periods

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related analytical fields
  • Proficiency in Excel (Lookup, Pivot, Sumif, etc) and Word – essentials for managing listings, tracking data, and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail – needed for ensuring accurate price uploads, and campaign nominations.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and flexible to adapt to dynamic work demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic data analysis – the familiarity with excel formula and interpreting data trends would help in creating insightful reports.
  • Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising – an understanding of e-commerce promotions, campaigns, or merchandising strategies would be an asset.
