You'll play a key role in programming, optimizing, and supporting complex machining operations across a modern manufacturing facility equipped with advanced 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC equipment.

What You'll Be Doing
Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
Program complex 5-axis machining operations
Convert CAD data into efficient machining strategies
Support setup personnel and machine operators
Develop setup documentation and inspection sheets
Design fixtures and work-holding solutions
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Improve machining efficiency and cycle times
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
Required
3-5+ years of 5-axis CNC programming experience
Strong Mastercam programming skills
Experience with complex machined components
Strong understanding of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies
Blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
Fixture and work-holding experience
CAD/CAM experience
Strong Assets
SolidWorks experience
Fanuc controller experience
Heidenhain controller experience
Aerospace machining experience
Medical device manufacturing experience
Lean manufacturing exposure
