What You'll Be Doing
Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC Milling machines
Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications
Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies
Perform first-off inspections and quality checks
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times
Maintain setup sheets, tooling information, and production documentation
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on custom machine-building projects
What We're Looking For
Required
Technical diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
3+ years of CNC Milling programming and operation experience
Strong Mastercam experience
Experience programming and operating Haas CNC Mills
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Strong understanding of precision machining practices
Preferred
Experience within custom machine building
Manual machining experience
AutoCAD exposure
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
