What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Business Development
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities
Assist with customer relationship management and follow-up
Coordinate quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Research target accounts, industries, and growth opportunities
Support customer visits, meetings, and business development initiatives
Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking
Marketing & Brand Development
Coordinate digital and traditional marketing initiatives
Support website updates, marketing materials, and content creation
Assist with social media, email campaigns, and promotional activities
Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing activities
Monitor marketing performance and support reporting initiatives
Market Research & Strategic Growth
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
Research new markets and customer opportunities
Support leadership with business intelligence and market analysis
Identify opportunities for growth across manufacturing and industrial sectors
What We're Looking For
Required
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in technical sales support, business development, marketing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strongly Preferred
Manufacturing experience
Industrial equipment experience
Automation industry exposure
Machinery or machine-building environment
Engineering-related education or experience
CRM and marketing platform experience
Trade show and event coordination experience
