Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead. 

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in monitoring performance of highway M&E systems across regions, ensuring compliance with SLA and KPIs
• Consolidate and analyse performance data for key M&E assets (e.g. lighting, tolling systems, CCTV, VMS)
• Prepare centralised dashboards and management reports highlighting system reliability, downtime, and response time
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedules and technical standards
• Review and monitor fault reports, breakdown records, and rectification status, including escalation of critical issues
• Analyse system failures and incident response performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting submissions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
