Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in monitoring performance of highway M&E systems across regions, ensuring compliance with SLA and KPIs
- Consolidate and analyse performance data for key M&E assets (e.g. lighting, tolling systems, CCTV, VMS)
- Prepare centralised dashboards and management reports highlighting system reliability, downtime, and response time
- Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedules and technical standards
- Review and monitor fault reports, breakdown records, and rectification status, including escalation of critical issues
- Analyse system failures and incident response performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
