Job Description
The role transitions from conventional building facilities management into district-scale infrastructure governance involving public realm operations, shared urban infrastructure, multi-stakeholder coordination, operational resilience, and precinct-wide strategic accountability. Assist in ensuring profitable & sustainable business practices within Operations Unit align with the company values. The Facilities Manager will be responsible on all Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Civil & Structure) operational & commercial matters, improve business competitiveness, create more values, enhance customer satisfaction level & to ensure that operation runs in an effective manner which enable Operations Unit to meet standards and deliver objectives.
