About the Position
As a Telephonic Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and a central interface for their satisfaction. You will professionally manage our existing customer base, identify their needs, and develop tailored solutions. With your sales experience and strong focus on customer care, you will cultivate long-term relationships and significantly contribute to our success. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to present products and services convincingly and tap into new potential. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to utilize your talent in telephonic sales and sustainably strengthen our customer relationships. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of relevant experience, ready to take on responsibility and delight our customers every day.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven sales experience in a tele-sales environment
- Excellent customer service and support skills
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of common CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in Cross- & Up-Selling
- ICT product knowledge
- Experience in new customer acquisition
