This role is centered on building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients while providing support for life, accident, and supplemental health products. You will engage with customers remotely via virtual calls, helping them understand their coverage options and guiding them toward solutions that meet their needs. The position offers a relationship-driven environment where trust, communication, and consistency are key to success. You will work in a structured but flexible remote setup, interacting with individuals and families across different communities. This is a client-facing opportunity that combines customer support, consultative communication, and long-term account engagement.
