What you´ll do Support onboarding activities and build an understanding of data structures, business processes, and governance frameworks through guided sessions and process walkthroughs Clean, prepare, and analyze datasets while developing dashboards in Power BI, strengthening data modeling, visualization, and technical skills (SQL/Python basics) Work on an end-to-end analytics project (e.g., dashboard or predictive use case), applying analytical thinking and problem-solving to deliver actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in forums to enhance business acumen, teamwork, and understanding of data governance and security practices Present findings and recommendations through structured storytelling, developing communication and data presentation skills for business audiences Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects, demonstrating creativity, agility, and a solutions-oriented mindset Manage tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality in deliverables
