This role is a high-impact leadership position at the center of large-scale communications infrastructure delivery supporting mission-critical environments. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of OSP/ISP fiber and telecommunications systems across complex, distributed field operations. Acting as both technical authority and on-site leader, you will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of advanced network infrastructure. The role demands strong operational oversight, deep telecom engineering expertise, and the ability to manage high-tempo field environments across geographically dispersed sites. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and schedule adherence while solving complex installation and design challenges in real time.
