You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates that directly influence national bidding success across retail, office, medical, hospitality, and tenant improvement projects. Working closely with project managers and preconstruction teams, you will support end-to-end bid preparation and subcontractor coordination. The position requires strong analytical thinking, precision, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume estimating workflow. You will play a critical role in ensuring pricing accuracy and trade coverage across diverse commercial projects.
