Job Description
The role encompasses diverse administrative and technical responsibilities to directly support Design Engineering’s mission, deliverables, and organizational objectives.
• Build relationships and effectively communicate with external stakeholders to coordinate efforts and achieve project objectives.
• Manage and update a variety of project task spreadsheets and administrative records.
• Provide administrative and technical support to Project Engineers and Leads.
• Maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, track key progress of deliverables, and assist in identifying and removing obstacles to ensure deadlines are met.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of Design Engineering project phases.
• Monitor and track subcontract invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments, as well as support financial forecasting and accruals.
• Coordinate activities for subcontractor and visitor access to SRS, including site access, Computer Accounts Only (CAO), visitor badges, and security and access clearances.
• Responsible for creating, updating, and working in accordance with desktop instructions and established procedures to ensure consistent and accurate completion of job tasks.
• Collects and compiles data for the preparation of various reports and performance metrics.
• Schedules, attends, and facilitates a variety of meetings as required by the project.
• Help onboard new employees and ensure computer account requests have been issued for all new personnel (direct/subcontractors/interns).
• Assist and coordinate space and office move for project teams.
•Develop and distribute reports for the project.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for project servers and distribution lists.
• Coordinate and process Engineering Documents to Document Control.
