We are looking for a Practice and Billing Administrator to provide reliable, thoughtful business support to a busy practice group and its fee‑earning team. This role plays an important part in helping the team work efficiently and deliver a positive experience for clients.

About the role
In this role, you will:
Keep the practice running smoothly by supporting fee earners with document production, organisation and records, ensuring information is timely, accurate, accessible and well maintained.
Help maintain accurate and timely financial processes, including expenses, credit card reconciliation and client billing, working closely with fee earners and the Finance team.
Coordinate diaries, meetings and travel arrangements, including across time zones, to ensure plans are well organised and clearly communicated.
Support client and business development activity by maintaining accurate client information and interaction records, including timely updates to "InterAction" following client meetings and business development activity.
Contribute flexibly to team projects and ad‑hoc tasks, helping the practice adapt to changing priorities and needs.
