Partner with Communications leads to develop integrated national and global congress engagement strategies.
Build comprehensive activation plans spanning pre-show, onsite, and post-show phases.
Coordinate targeted pre-show campaigns across email, digital, media, and field channels.
Align messaging, creative and timing across channels to ensure a cohesive HCP experience.
Lead execution of onsite activations including booth presence, product theaters and meetings.
Coordinate across all key stakeholders (Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Sales, Agencies, Vendors).
Ensure consistency and compliance with global brand, regulatory and company policies.
Manage external vendors, agencies, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee lead capture strategy and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.
Partner with Omnichannel teams to support timely post-show follow-up.
Collaborate with Omnichannel teams to drive post-event engagement and retargeting efforts.
Define and track KPIs across pre-, onsite, and post-show engagement activities.
Analyze performance data and deliver post-event insights and recommendations.
Support annual planning and investment prioritization.
Develop scalable playbooks and best practices to enhance future efficiencies and impact.
