JOB SUMMARY
Performs maintenance planning; develops, plans and executes upgrade and projects for corrective and/or preventive maintenance. Prepares designs, drawings and schedules of tasks to be performed and sizes necessary resources to execute the scheduled maintenance. Selects suppliers and controls the quality of materials and services provided by them. Ensures the conservation of equipment and platforms and the quality of customer service in order to optimize the productivity of each equipment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 year / Associate Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Six (6) or more years Oil & Gas or related experience (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain LSS Green Belt 2 years of critical analysis and evaluation of data, financials and/or market intelligence

- Walk job site on a regular basis (30%), Must be able to wear PPE, May be required to climb ladders or scaffolding , Ability to lift up to 50lbs , May be required to operate a forklift
- Oversees the planning and coordination of planned equipment maintenance work
- Ensures that safety is considered in development of every Work Plan
- Ensures that all tools and equipment adhere to the defined maintenance schedule
- Schedules routine maintenance
- Reviews all maintenance records for accuracy and proper retention
- Collaborates with site management, contractors and technicians regarding the maintenance schedule and findings
- Determines appropriate level of planning for each new routine Work Order
- Primarily responsible for facilitating the Weekly and Daily Scheduling meetings
- Supports the preparation of the Annual Maintenance Plan
- Communicates with all levels of Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability organization abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside of own knowledge and authority
- Ensures all skilled workers are trained and have back-up workers
- Uses system to manage work backlog
- Manages parts warehouse; and conducts parts validation
- Schedules movements via various distribution channels through use of propriety and third-party scheduling systems Responds to unexpected events making contingency arrangements to minimize disruption of product supply
- Ensures relevant data is captured accurately and recorded, including International Documentation.
- Monitor weekly and monthly production plans Identifies and communicates commercial/operational opportunities
- Focuses continuously on increasing transportation efficiency while minimizing per barrel transportation costs Identifies and implements transportation efficiency measures while minimizing per barrel transportation costs
- Tracks and monitors performance of transportation efficiency measures
