Back to jobsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, data analytics, or ERP driven environments.
Hands on experience with process mining tools (SAP Signavio, Celonis, or similar) preferred.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, problem statements, and actionable improvements.
Experience working with operational KPIs and transactional data; SAP ECC/S4 knowledge is a strong advantage.
Practical mindset focused on outcomes, rapid improvement cycles, and measurable results.
Stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights in simple, business focused language.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to collaborate in a global environment
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred (practical experience valued over certification).
Process mining or Signavio certification is an advantage.
