Responsibilities
As our Sales / BD Manager, you’ll play a central role in keeping our revenue engine moving. Your focus will include:
- Managing and growing an established customer portfolio, with a strong focus on Coatings Additives distributors and key accounts.
- Delivering regional volume and contribution margin targets, aligned with annual budgets.
- Developing and executing account plans to capture new business opportunities.
- Working closely with distributors to drive growth and strengthen channel performance.
- Leading commercial negotiations on pricing and contracts in a competitive market.
- Identifying new opportunities through new products and applications.
- Supporting new product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Service teams.
- Gathering and sharing market and competitor intelligence.
- Actively prospecting to identify and develop new accounts across the region.
- Ensuring profitability, working capital, and CRM reporting remain within company standards.
