Responsibilities

As our Sales / BD Manager, you’ll play a central role in keeping our revenue engine moving. Your focus will include:

  • Managing and growing an established customer portfolio, with a strong focus on Coatings Additives distributors and key accounts.
  • Delivering regional volume and contribution margin targets, aligned with annual budgets.
  • Developing and executing account plans to capture new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with distributors to drive growth and strengthen channel performance.
  • Leading commercial negotiations on pricing and contracts in a competitive market.
  • Identifying new opportunities through new products and applications.
  • Supporting new product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Service teams.
  • Gathering and sharing market and competitor intelligence.
  • Actively prospecting to identify and develop new accounts across the region.
  • Ensuring profitability, working capital, and CRM reporting remain within company standards.
