Operating in a high-velocity environment, you will work closely with founders and leadership to define hiring strategy, improve candidate experience, and directly influence company growth. The role requires strong ownership, speed, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while building scalable recruitment systems from the ground up. You will have end-to-end responsibility across the hiring lifecycle, with immediate visibility into the impact of your decisions. This is a highly hands-on position where execution speed and quality of talent directly shape the company’s trajectory.
