Identify trends within the Ag and adjacent industries, and develop actionable insights for strategic direction
Define, create, and execute primary and secondary market research to evolve and support new product development concepts
Provide project leadership throughout the product development process, partnering cross-functionally with PMO, Engineering, Sales, and others
Lead product launch planning and execution and support with key customers, industries, and other partners
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new and changing market dynamics, including competitive offerings and positioning, industry trends, regulatory shifts, and other drivers
Participate in cross-functional planning to develop product expansion and service strategies; lead cross-functional teams to develop the business case for key product and market development opportunities
Partner with Sales to present concepts and ideas to key customers, answering questions and supporting strategic platform development virtually and in-person, when required
Support business development through opportunities assessment, valuation, communication, and future planning
