Staff Engineer, FE - Account Experience

You will define and drive technical direction across multiple teams, shaping how merchants interact with critical account workflows from onboarding to daily operations. The role spans core areas such as setup flows, monitoring systems, workflow orchestration, auditing, and an emerging AI-driven interface layer. You will influence the consistency, performance, and scalability of the entire account experience while remaining deeply hands-on in key technical decisions. Working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment, you will partner closely with Product, Design, and backend engineering to build a cohesive and intuitive platform experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in systems-level thinking and enjoys setting the bar for front-end excellence across teams.
