INSEAD is seeking an Apprentice, Assistant Operations & Online Program Support to join our Executive Education department. This an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau – France.

About the Job

The apprentice will provide support to the Operations and Delivery team in carrying out various administrative and operational tasks related to online programmes, including:

  • Open online programmes,
  • Customized online programmes.

He /She will contribute to the smooth running of operational activities and provide daily support in the management of online courses.

Your role within the team

INSEAD Learning course platform:

  • Update course platforms content (calendars, dates, live calls dates & time, copyrighted docs etc…).
  • Clean up of some course content tiles and improvements suggestions.
  • Proceed to (mass) updates in all the courses when there are wording or structure change.
  • WCAG updates depending on the Audit findings & recommendations.
  • Update some job aid templates on needs basis. 
  • Help other team members on a need basis, includes:
    • Help with some of the logistics for new course video recordings (copyrights of the images on the slides for instance).
    • Porting of content from one course platform to another.
    • Help with the building/adaptation of the courses in INSEAD Online Learning platform based on a finalised course plan.
    • Participate in some tools testing shall the opportunity arise.

The ideal profile

  • Ideally you will start a Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration in September 2026.
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
  • At ease with Excel, Pack Office, and globally with technology, eager to learn new technologies. 
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capacity to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to details while completing tasks.
  • Flexibility in handling diverse tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Reliable and flexible.
  • Diligence in following processes and procedures.
  • Integrity in handling sensitive information and tasks.
