What your role will be?

1. Coordinate and assist in implementing Talent Acquisition strategy for Manager and below categories.

 

2. Manage recruitment and selection processes, which include, but not limited to resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.

 

3. Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.

 

4. Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.

5. Execute Intern Management Process in terms of a CSR initiative and future talent development aspect while closely connecting with universities, technical institutes and etc.

6. Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with internal and external customers to maximize productivity and positive relations.

7. Execute Company Engagement Strategy to create a better employee experience.

8. Plans, coordinates, and facilitates employee engagement events.

9. Promote continuous dialog with employees to address their grievances and to modify their behavior.

10. Be responsible for releasing employee, event communications on behalf of HR for global and local platforms. 

11. Assist in managing employee life cycle effectively within the organization including but not limited talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, termination etc.

12. Assist management to take data driven decisions through HR analytics by providing both global and local reports as and when required.

13. Ensure all the documentary requirements are duly completed as per the legal and compliance requirements in handling Employee Recruitment and other HR processes.

14. Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager/Senior Manager HR

Compliance with EHS standards

  • Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations and other Risk Management requirements.

  • Actively use the safety calendar (or contribute to the activities prescribed in the supervisor’s/manager’s calendar) as an accountability tool to measure safety performance and to promote the development of a EHS culture.

  • Follow the requirements of the 5-point safety charter

     

     

Compliance with QMS system

  • Ensure that processes are delivering their intended outputs with complying to the ATL-QMS & responsible to implement, maintain & continuous development in relevant processes in accordance with ATL-QMS.

 

 Communication

· Make sure all subordinates are aware of the plans targets and their dates of accomplishments.

· Give feedback to teams through effective communication methods

· Keep higher management updated with the progress of achievements of planned targets and any deviations revisions of same continuously.

Qualification, Knowledge and experience 

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.

  • 2+ years of experience in similar capacity

  • Previous experience in Talent Management would be an added advantage.
