ABOUT THIS POSITION Join Henkel’s Digital Transformation and Sustainability journey as an AO Chainger management trainee. This 18-month fast-track program rotates you through three 6‑month phases across operations and supply chain at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, including hands-on responsibilities and projects in production plants. You’ll gain exposure to digital business, procurement, sales and other cross-functional areas while working closely with colleagues across the region. The program offers tailored training, a personal development plan, mentor support, visibility with senior leaders, and networking with global trainees. You will receive a permanent contract, competitive salary and—subject to performance—a guaranteed placement in a responsible operations or supply chain role at a regional location on program completion, positioning you for accelerated leadership opportunities.
