Today, we support customers in more than 20 countries with data, insights, and software solutions that help them build more efficiently and sustainably.About the RoleHubexo is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Business Control team. In this role, you will support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with various business functions to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making.You will play a key role in ensuring financial data accuracy, preparing monthly performance reviews, and supporting cost management initiatives across global functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly financial reports, business review packs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts across group overhead functions.Perform monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reviews, including variance analysis and insights for business leaders.Monitor and analyse overhead costs, including areas such as IT and Corporate Services.Support project-level CAPEX reporting and analysis.Assist in harmonising financial reporting and presentations across global teams.Respond to finance-related queries from internal stakeholders.Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.Qualifications & Requirements2–3 years of experience in a Finance Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders.Background in B2B services or SaaS companies is an advantage but not required.Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.Good understanding of accounting principles, including accruals, prepayments, and capitalisation.Comfortable learning and working with financial planning and reporting systems.Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Makati City (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).Must be willing to work mid-to-night shift hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila Time).Key SkillsFinancial analysis and reportingVariance analysis and data interpretationStrong attention to detailProblem-solving and critical thinkingEffective communication and stakeholder management
