Job Title: Customer Support Agreements Planner (CSA)

Location: Duxford, Cambridge (Hybrid – 4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive; Depending on Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agreements Planner (CSA) to be based from our Duxford, Cambridge depot. This is a hybrid role, with 1 day per week working from home, however the role is primarily office-based and requires regular presence in Duxford.

As a CSA Planner, you will play a key role in scheduling and coordinating Customer Support Agreements, ensuring services are delivered on time and to a high standard. Working closely with engineers, service teams and customers, you will help drive service excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating service activity to ensure efficient delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Create and maintain CSA service schedules based on urgency, location and requirements

  • Coordinate with engineers and customers to plan and confirm service activities

  • Review service reports and follow up on outstanding work or additional requirements

  • Assign work to engineers using service scheduling systems and tools

  • Support service initiatives, including campaigns, connectivity checks and customer satisfaction processes

About you

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience in a planning or coordination role, ideally within service or maintenance

  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a logical and analytical mindset

  • Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism

  • Basic understanding of mechanical terminology or equipment (desirable: industry experience or scheduling systems)
