Housekeeper — LSU / Nicholson Gateway

What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and model units
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
- Ensuring hallways, stairwells, elevators, and shared spaces remain clean and presentable
- Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards
- Assisting with community inspections and special projects
- Supporting the onsite team in delivering an exceptional resident experience
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or custodial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required
