Job Responsibilities:
- Support partnership marketing campaigns and promotions for the Bancassurance channel and broker partners to provide related logistic and marketing support to achieve business KPIs.
- Organise and execute partner-focused events—such as engagement activities, seminars, and gala occasions—including selecting venues, arranging catering, and preparing event-related materials to strengthen collaboration and engagement.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments and partners to support smooth launch of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Support to develop reports on marketing programme results to keep track of programme status.
- Manage programme expenses to meet financial guidelines and deliver marketing offers and gifts to customers, and business partners on schedule.
- Provide support in monitoring the Marketing Allowance jointly managed by SCB and PHKL, as well as overseeing the internal budget allocated to the Partnership Development Team.
- Budget monitoring & control within plan and in accordance to company guidelines set forth for the PHKL and business partner.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in business or marketing related disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience in the marketing, customer management and/or related fields, preferably in insurance / banking / financial services sector
- Knowledge of insurance/ banking/ financial products
- Excellent communications and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and fast-paced environment
- Attentive to details and good problem-solving skills
- Proficient MS Office PC skills
