What are we looking for?

The Agency Communication and Engagement Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of distribution channel-related events, partnership development, and engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving distribution business growth by fostering strong relationships with external organizations, supporting business development activities, and maintaining ongoing engagement with existing partners.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Plan, organize, and execute events, meetings, and activities to support agency development and engagement.
  • Develop internal and external communication materials to promote agency initiatives.
  • Act as the liaison between the agency and stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging and strategic goals.
  • Identify and build partnerships with organizations that align with agency business objectives.
  • Develop collaboration plans to create mutual opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the BD Manager to develop a pipeline of potential partners and agencies.
  • Research market trends and identify new opportunities for agency expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness to capture and support new opportunities.
  • Assist the BD Manager in the creation and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on agency engagement metrics and partnership progress
  • Support agency and brand expansion activities for specified cities
  • Ensure all communication adheres to regulatory and brand guidelines.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, partnership management, or agency engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and community engagement is a plus.
