工作內容
1. 客戶洞察與資料分析 - 負責資料清理、資料探勘與分析，整合多元內外部資料來源，從大量資料中萃取具商業價值的客戶洞察（Customer Insights），支援關鍵業務決策。 - 運用質化與量化研究方法，分析客戶偏好、行為模式、趨勢與客戶生命週期，支援客戶、產品與通路策略擬定。
2. 數位與客戶管理轉型推動 - 以資料分析為起點，協助組織內部推動跨部門 B2B2C 客戶管理與數位轉型專案，強化客戶經營與體驗管理能力。並且End to End執行Campaign內容。
3. Solution / Product Ownership - 擔任 Solution PM/Product Owner，從業務痛點與需求出發，設計並推動可落地的數據與數位解決方案（如分析平台、Dashboard、客戶管理工具等），確保解決方案能有效支援業務使用。 - 與業務、IT、數據與行銷團隊密切合作，確保產品需求、資料設計與實際應用場景一致。
4. 跨部門數據專業支援 - 於跨部門專案中擔任資料與分析專家角色，將業務問題轉化為可分析、可執行的數據與解決方案，協助推動以數據為基礎的決策文化。
5. 軟體工具開發 - 具有基礎技術開發能力，視需要將業務痛點轉化為Prototype或可執行的程式應用。
任職資格（Qualifications） 1. 大學以上學歷，主修電腦科學、統計、資訊工程、數學相關科系或數位轉型相關工作經驗。 2. 具備至少 5~10 年以上 資料分析、機器學習或相關實務經驗，能獨立主導分析與應用設計。 3. 具金融業（如保險、銀行、證券等）相關工作或專案經驗。 4. 具 Solution PM、Product Owner 或相關專案管理經驗，能結合業務需求與數據分析推動解決方案。 5. 具Hands-on技術能力, 如Python, SQL, R, PowerBI等。 6. 具良好英文溝通能力。 7. 具備良好的跨部門溝通與影響力，能推動方案落地，並具提案簡報能力。
