What you´ll do Lead the development of the external injection moulding manufacturing footprint, including supplier relocation, onboarding activities, support for new program implementations, and continuous supplier improvement within the automotive industry. Organize and coordinate production ramp-ups with European contract manufacturers, maintaining strong relationships with partners to meet project deadlines. Oversee and analyze manufacturing processes in injection molding, e.g. including OEE monitoring and shopfloor management. Work closely with suppliers to effectively resolve issues during crisis periods. Optimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio, ensuring cost-efficiency and fostering continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality, business functions, and external partners, to create a cooperative working environment. Support safety, health, environmental, and quality audits with a responsible approach, ensuring compliance and promoting operational excellence. Coordinate technical and operational topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and suppliers to ensure alignment and meet technical and operational requirements.
