Lead, perform evaluations, and manage the revaluation, in full autonomy, of all types and classes of real estate assets (commercial and residential) in Luxembourg and the Greater Region by following the applicable rules and regulations. Conduct thorough inspections and market analyses to determine the fair market value of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Monitor market fluctuations and update valuations to reflect current economic conditions. Proactively offer insights on property investment potential, future growth prospects, and ways to enhance property value. Observe and proactively advise on residential market conditions. 2. Valuation Oversight, Reporting Quality Assurance Provide valuation reports used for mortgage approvals, refinancing, and asset management.
