Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Support the account team to achieve sales, profit, and budget goals annually. Monitor and report progress regularly, using available data and partnering with team analyst, category management, etc. Expectation to learn and develop extensive knowledge of the customer, product categories, competition, and market. Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, including merchandising, supply chain, replenishment, .com and marketing. Monitor market activity and provide updates and recommendations internally externally to ensure Henkel brands are succeeding at retail. Manage promotional business including recommendations, execution and review. This entails ownership of trackers and monitoring performance, collaboration with operations logistics, in addition to sales support on submissions. Oversee management of financial metrics that directly impact the profitability of the business, such as accruals, deductions, compliance performances, fines, etc. Actively participate in the preparation and execution of key customer meetings throughout the year including, but not limited to, bi-weekly merchandising meetings, PLRs, top-to-top meetings, demo days, customer events, etc. Available to travel for corporate meetings, training, customer events and market visits. (Typically, less than 10%). Hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days of remote work.
