Overview of Role Reporting to the Global Manager of Manufacturing Excellence, you will collaboratively identify initiatives and develop operating plans to achieve our short- & long-term goals. You will work with the manufacturing team to analysis our production costs and propose key initiatives that drives labor productivity and quality excellence which ultimately tie to financial performance goals. You will be responsible to ensure clear understanding on Vietnam manufacturing cost impacts to product margin and company profits and able to provide details to support top management decision making. Core Responsibilities • Regularly role model BOA’s values to your team and others • Create 2 years’ operating plan in Vietnam site and lead executions that contribute to the development of our long-term manufacturing excellence strategy (maximize manufacturing efficiency including labor, material, energy usage…etc.) • Provide direction to manufacturing teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and drive meaningful initiatives. • Collaborate with cross functional teams and supplier partners to drive improvement initiatives towards company goals. • Identify and implement best practice, innovative technologies, and new potentials to enhance manufacturing capabilities. • Lead and train up team using data driven insights and effective issue analysis tools to make informed decisions. • Partner with financial planning to develop a robust manufacturing analysis model to address clear benefits/impacts of each key initiatives Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or other related areas • 8+ years’ experience working in manufacturing operations within a multinational organization. • Proven knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean & Six Sigma • Analytical mindset with the focus on data driven decision-making and problem-solving. • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills, driving operational excellence. • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin and Vietnamese Desired Qualifications • Experience of Project Management We Offer We’re committed to helping our people be themselves, be well, and grow.
