Job Description

The Reports Analyst III position exists to maximize cost efficiency in Relationship Services by analyzing and balancing complex factors related to scheduling and all facets of reporting.     Essential Duties/Responsibilities:   Generates and distributes weekly schedules using sophisticated scheduling software for Relationship Services staff   Balances various complex factors affecting the scheduling of personnel   Ensures the quick and professional handling of issues related to scheduling   Creates informational and sensitive decision-making reports, and analysis of scheduling issues to leadership   Evaluates and provides recommendations regarding staffing level needs   Approves requests for time off   Monitors Family Help Specialists' adherence to daily schedule   Evaluates potential upgrades in software capabilities   Collaborates with IT Reporting for requests of new reports   Maintains records of schedules, call/mail patterns, call/mail statistics, and related information   Monitors certain clerical staff to ensure routine activities related to scheduling are performed timely and accurately     Other Duties/Responsibilities:   Performs other duties as assigned     Managerial Breadth/Scope of Job:   None     Working Environment/Physical Requirements:   Office environment Occasional holiday and weekend work is required     JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS   Character/Spiritual:   Exemplifies Ephesians 5:1-2, “Therefore be imitators of God as dear children and walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us...” Pursues the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ; maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Focus; adheres to the Standard of Moral Conduct and Statement of Faith; upholds Focus on the Family's ministry in prayer Prays personally for Focus on the Family’s staff and constituents and may occasionally lead in a public prayer Engages in Christian ministry Demonstrates behaviors aligned with FOF core values     Knowledge/Experience:   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field   2 - 4 years of prior work experience involving use of analytical and computer skills Working knowledge of Salesforce Reports   Experience with Genesys Reporting Features     Skills, Abilities, and Special Talents/Gifts:   Excellent organizational skills   Attention to detail and accuracy   Exceptional analytical ability and logical thought process to deal with complex problems   Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Verint Work Force Management tools, Salesforce, Genesys, and SharePoint   Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)   Ability to meet continuous deadlines   Ability to work independently     Pay Range: $22.70 to $26.60   Application Materials Required: Cover Letter, Resume/CV *Colorado Residents: In any materials you submit, you may redact or remove any age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation.
