The role combines strategic vision with operational execution, requiring deep expertise in clinical trial ecosystems and strong leadership across cross-functional teams. You will build and maintain high-impact relationships with investigative sites, networks, and key opinion leaders to expand access and improve trial diversity. Operating in a global, fast-evolving R&D environment, you will drive innovation in feasibility methodologies, tools, and patient recruitment strategies. This position plays a critical role in improving study start-up efficiency and ensuring timely, high-quality trial delivery across a complex clinical portfolio.
